Kindoo Kindness Club

For the past three years, the KinDoo women have been paying it forward by making dresses, shirts and shorts for the children in Third World countries.
This year, the Martin County Health Department asked the women of KinDoo to use their sewing talents to make 24 Fidget Quilts for various Martin County Health facilities.
A fidget quilt is a lap quilt that provides stimulation for the fidgeting hands of Alzheimer's, dementia and autistic people.  It soothes the fidgeting by entertaining them. By busying their hands and fingers, it stimulates their senses and gives them something to do. The qullts have many different colors, textures, beads and zippers for hours of stimulation.
