Volunteer Opportunities

“I shall pass through this world but once. Any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer it or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.”         Etienne de Grellet

THREADS OF KINDOO
We are a woven fabric, with threads from near and far
Each volunteer..a stitch...a seam...a word...a hug...a star
You give your gifts so freely with love and grit and grace
We're more than brick and mortar
KinDoo's a sacred space.
Your time and gifts are special
We cook, construct and sew
Conjugate a sentence, help children thrive and grow.
And thus, the gift keeps giving,
each one of us a quilt with patterns and a story.
It's our foundation, how we're built.
As we grow together; we eat, we laugh we pray
We celebrate your kindness, the fabric of this day!
